  Agree with Dave, if it's just for outline planning for something simple like an extension, buy yourself some graph paper and do it yourself. If you didn't want to get involved in that then David Berlouis is very reasonable 07753 717213, he can be pretty hard to get hold of however. If you wanted a proper ARCHITECT with decent drawings and a good service Banks Design nr Bicester take some beating but like most good things, it has a price tag to match 01869 252308 Andrew Banks.
