  Nina posts Hi, can anyone recommend a GP in Sydney or Newcastle that understands fibromyalgia and can refer me to a rheumatologist?? I have been in pain every day for the past 4 years, it's debilitating and is really affecting my life and people close to me. I've seen doctors, back surgeons, physiotherapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists etc. My GP doesn't seem to care and just keeps telling me to take strong pain medication she prescribes, which make me sick. My chiropractor told me he doesn't know what else he can do to help. The people around me don't understand what I'm going through and get so frustrated at me, it's awful... I have read about Fibromyalgia and tick all the boxes when it comes to symptoms, but I can't seem to find anyone who can help. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
