  At the Taiwan Adventist Hospital you will find fine doctors in all specialities. http://www.tahsda.org.tw/en/ Go to their website and book your appointment online. They also have a Priority Care Center PCC, where you can pop in or call before hand for an appointment, it's a bit more expensive (extra NTD$ 1,200) but you won't have to be subjected of long waiting lines. You can pay private or use your NHI card - that your employer must apply for you - and enjoy the benefits of discounts (huge) on the exams and future medicare you'll may need in the future. So I definitely recommend their services, and most importantly you can communicate in English!!!
