  Some people also recommended the Sporthomedic Center. Doctors and osteopaths there are said to focus specifically on getting their clients "functional" for sports again. http://www.sporthomedic.de/

  I've been both to Burkhardt and Sporthomedic. I like Burkhardt better, but sporthomedic has more physiotherapist, thus probably faster to get an appointment.
