  ... go quickly to yedid.org but better still go and register as a Israeli Citizen ( if you are Jewish or married to one) .... you can then get a social worker to apply Chock Hanoar in the Juvenile Court which will send your son to school whether he likes it or not....the court will put him into a "boarding school" who will arrange for him to go to school . You will also need what is called a " Hachlata from Vaad Hasama " which basically is a bulshit bureaucratic committee that agres to send your kid to what will now have to be a special school , basically small classes , accelerated learning program, and next year long before school starts you will have to nag to Nigeria and back for this bureaucratic committee.to meet again and change there previous decision and allow your kid to go to an ordinary school ... just note if their is no protocol of Vaad Hasama , your kid will not be allowed to register in any school . Chock Hanoar does a lot of thing but one of the good thing is force a kid to go to school until he is conscript or at least 18. 18 isn't the cut off for either of the latter. Would you believe I am not a lawyer but a boring accountant with a lot of charisma ... ps I am available for a secoond try of marriage with kids . So Nina if you are here on a temporary or even annual viasa, and not Jewish or not married to a Jew .. well quite frankly you are stuffed and can't derive anty benefit of either things like the Social Service, Health or Education....
