Awesome!! :D I buy my vegan groceries at Veritas. Sometimes Carrefour has some stuff as well, but Veritas is my go to place. There is also another vegan supermarket on Diagonal called Ecocentre Supermercado Vegano. Just put it in Google Maps :) Maybe try Veggie Garden or Flax & Kale. Unfortunately, I don't go out much so can't recommend any more places. But I can recommend a website with fab vegan recipes - deliciouslyella.com š
Hello everyone, I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease. I was wondering if anybody knows in the area restaurants that offer gluten-free menu items?
Victoria T. replied:
Everyone sells something that's GF. For best GF substituted foods, cook at home and only do fresh fruits and salads and meat when out. Restaurants in general still think people want the same food they've been eating just wo gluten. The truth is that GF eating opens up all kinds of possibilities like instead of pastry dough, use an almond or hazelnut crust. Www.deliciouslyella.com and the cookbook "it's all good" are excellent.
Writing my shopping list and doing my meal planning for the next week and am in need of some serious inspiration. Anyone know of any good blogs or pages with some good clean recipes?
