  There isn't one that has a clean room or ultra-sterile environment. When customers/ Businesses come in to our shop we recommend: http://www.payam.com.au/ They handled a lot of Newcastle Businesses during the floods of 2007. It could also just be the connection between the enclosure and the drive. Can you remove the drive and add it to a dock or re-caddy it? That could save you 100 s of dollars. P.S Have you tried running chkdsk /r that can sometimes work to get data off a drive.
