  Curious if any members in this group belongs to a local bread club or group in your area. At one point, I was seriously thinking of starting an Artisan Bread Bakers Group through Meet Up. One organizes to do, learn and share an activity. Having a wood fire oven in the backyard, I thought it would be a great way to use and share it. I'm on the fence since I travel often..but thought it would be fun. Pros or cons?

  Jennifer Spetsas, where do you like? A baker friend, Pat Hains, offers artisan bread courses at her B&B house. She attended a bread school at a bakery academy in Germany recently, and also has a wood fire oven in the backyard.
