  The washer started leaking at the hose ~6 months ago. S replaced the hose. 2 weeks ago, it started leaking again. He replaced the hose AGAIN. The leak continued. I consulted homeadvisor.com, and out came some guy named Ned who 'fixed' the leaky hose, told me the fill sensor had gone bad and would I buy an after-market part (which had to be ordered & would be available Wednesday). And WAIT FOR IT...asked me if I could pay him by check and leave the check blank. I stop-paid the check a few minutes ago, btw. Please, no lectures, no well-meaning advice on how I can empower myself by DIY--not now--I don't give a crap & I'll likely put you on blast publicly. Can someone just please recommend a reputable appliance repair service/person? My MIL is running out of underwear at rehab. Thank you very much.
