Donnie will be our go to contractor forever!!!! We just had him and his crew out to do our mud room renovation. We asked Donnie to tear out an exterior wall, frame in a new window, and install a door. And on the other side of the mud room asked him to add a bigger replacement window. We are stunned with the quality, the price, and how much of a change it made to our exterior appearance. We bought a 1919 farmhouse (previous work that he has done can be found in his portfolio) and we did not want any regular joe hammering on our home and not keeping the integrity of our old home important to them. Donnie has always treated our home like his own home. Thank you, Donnie for another great job!!!!

ADX built my deck fall of 2018, Donnie told me it passed inspection. Early 2019 I get a notice from the city the deck failed inspection. I immediately contact Donnie and he tells me he has all the paperwork and he will take care of it. Late summer I get a second notice from the city about the failed deck. In trying to work with Donnie, I set up a meeting with the inspector and Donnie to go over why it failed. Donnie said he would be out first thing in the spring of 2020 to fix it and provided me an estimate of $1,700 to fix his mistake! I did not agree that I should pay for a stair rebuild when he didn't build it correctly in the first place. Spring 2020 came and went with no Donnie to bring his work up to code. My calls/texts were unanswered/ignored/blocked. So now I'm left with a deck I can't use. After it was apparent Donnie was not going to make things right, I called the city to see if there was anything I could do. After a reinspection they served Donnie with a Correction Order. That is the only reason Donnie came out and attempted to fix his errors. Unfortunately the deck failed inspection again! Even after he was told twice by two different inspectors what he needed to do! So now the city served him with an Adjudication Order, which he basically ignored. That is when we took him to small claims court. Judgement was ruled in our favor, against ADX/Donnie. What homeowner would be satisfied with an unsafe structure? I do not think it nice of a contractor to lie to their client. What a headache this 2+ years have been. I do not recommend ADX, find another contractor that knows what they are doing.
