  Jane B. wrote: Front desk personal does not perform their duty correctly, don't give correct information. Very unprofessional with scheduling appointments. Made an appointment for my 2 year old sick daughter, came for the appointment to find out that she's not in the system, their is only one doctor today and I should come back some other time, meanwhile there were no patients waiting. I've been going to Dr. Tiu with my 2 kids for the last 3 years and never had such problem before.

  Acute care pediatrics, Dr. Tiu and Dr. Andy. I will always refer people to them, they have been WONDERFUL to my son. Even to the extent of calling on their days off to check how he is doing and if I needed anything/had any questions. They truly care about the kids.

  Acute care is the Best I have a 16 year old & a 6 year old I never had any problems with them, when my kids are sick they always ready to see my children's, their number is 386-447-7337, call them tell them your due date & Dr Tui will be there to see your baby, you will love it

  Acute Cares # Is 386-447-7337. They accept alot of different insurances and medicaid. After I had my daughter and she needed her 1 wk follow up Dr.Davis couldnt get me in until almost 2 wks later, Acute Care gave me an appt that wk. they are great with same day appts and work with babies especially they only accept up to age 12 I believe but they are amazing, goodluck!

  So upset right now :( I understand that doctors have emergencies too but I've been waiting a week and a half to get the kids to their pediatrician since they've been so sick and now its only getting worse! The kids cant be seen for another 4 days and the urgent care wont take their insurance so we're screwed. We've already tried the hospital route and Flagler Hospital just blew it off and said they were fine. This Mommy is pissed off!! Between Kevin, my FIL, and I we've been taking turns staying home with them and we have to get back to working. I'm half tempted to switch doctors even tho we love Dr. Davis. Any suggestions?
