Hey folks - I've been getting better at stretching and rolling and my legs feel pretty good lately. The one last issue I struggle with is fairly consistent tight/sore achilles. Any stretches or exercises you can recommend?

http://www.docpods.com/Soleus-Calf-Plantar-Fascia-Stretch. I use this stretch a lot. But I keep my foot flat, with the toes against a wall or step. Just move your knee forward and you should feel the stretch.
