Having a really hard time with college algebra 1050. Spend a lot of time with the tutors on campus at the U but I am still struggling. I’m thinking a personal tutor would work better for me. Does anyone know of any private tutoring agencies for adults?? Looking for personal math tutor
I can help thru calculus 3 and linear algebra. But I recommend khan academy or patrickjmt.com. I prefer patrickjmt.com, he's got math beast mode skills.
Anyone super amazing at calculus 2 feel like helping me study for a quiz that's occurring next Wednesday? Or can anyone recommend an awesome tutor with flexible hours? Cuz otherwise, I'm going down.
Are any of my friends really good at Math? Like Trigonometry and all that? Because i need a Tutor like A.S.A.P

http://patrickjmt.com/ is a good source of videos on everything. You aren't not going to use a whole lot of algebra, but it'd probably help refreshing on it
Are there any math whizzes in the house (in northern va)?
I am in desperate need of a college algebra tutor pronto. I will pay!
I'm also open to suggestions or references to companies. I've already tried wyzant and academic connections and both have flaked on me.

As a math teacher, I am bummed to not live near you. First, you can email me any questions you have to acecharterhighian@gmail.com, second, check out PatrickJMT.com. His videos are on paper versus Sal, Khan Academy, who does all his math work on computer programs. Khan Academy is great if your expectation is to learn math. But if you need specific examples related to what your learning in class, you might not always find what you need. Another website that can answer questions is OpenStudy.com. Best thing, if you are enrolled in a class, is to find any relatable resources online that you can get your hands on. Videos, reteaching supplements, practice problems, examples,... etc. Send me an email at my gmail and let me know what book your using and I'll see what I can find or send your way. You got a printer, right? Just send me questions as well. I love teaching math. Far past my days of old, sort of. ;0)
Does anybody know if Calculus 1 is easy enough to do over the summer ? :3

Most of the sections in CalcI are very similar with each other that you shouldn't have a problem with it. But it all depends on the teacher. I think you should be fine and if not, patrickjmt.com have one of the best tutoring videos. Or text me! Calc I is like my favorite class lol. I took it all of my senior year and last semester as well.
I'm Looking for a MATH2000 Tutor I'm doing math 2000 this semester, I've been to all the lectures and been doing the assignments, but I'm still not getting everything. So I'm looking for a private math2000 tutor.
If your available to do some private math tutoring or know of someone who might be able to help me out please let me know! I'm happy to pay the going rate for private maths tuition.
