  We stayed at a good one for Jon and Mels wedding called Darlington Beach Holiday Resort. It is just past Coffs Harbour and they had heaps for the kids to do. In the school holidays they have a kids club, but there are lots of other facilities - www.darlingtonbeach.com.au
