  Hi Micah, I would strongly recommend talking to the folks at Select Milwaukee. If it is purely a tax question that is related to homeownership, they MAY refer you to an accountant that has that expertise. But if you are looking to buy a house, they can provide you with most all of the info you could possibly need, and connect you to resources that many/most mortgage bankers or Realtors are unaware of. www.selectmilwaukee.org, 414-562-5070
