  Musician friends! Please can you recommend me a decent music shop in Leeds City centre? I need some high quality pots and a pickup selector, so somewhere like Music Room won't cut it. I distinctly remember visiting a veritable guitar palace with Chris Summerlin and co back in the mid-00s, but can't remember the name or if it's still there! Maybe Andy Abbott, Jonathan Nash or Matt Woodward might be best placed to know?

  Northern Guitars was good for that sort of thing last time I looked. They used to have boxes of random parts of old guitars etc. Don't know if they still do though.

  It's particularly shit in Leeds nowadays unfortunately. PMT probably has the stuff you want, but is your average soulless chain (with Noel Gallagher on the side of the building). Northern Guitars is hit and miss as to what stock they have.
