Staging properties, namely HMO's.
Trying to plan ahead and thinking about presenting (staging) my HMO in the best possible light. Trying to avoid IKEA.
Can anyone recommend some quirky furnishing places?

Furnishings etc: I have been furnishings HMOs but moving forward I want to get better and more solid furniture eg solid pine. Can anyone suggest a good supplier of this or other type of solid stuff. KEYSAFE: is anyone using these to keep keys to their property so that contractors can get in when required?
Ash Z. replied:
Raj a key safe is a great idea, i would complement this with a "one key system" please try www.sublimefurnishings.co.uk mention this code: FBHMO12 and you will get a 5% discount plus an amazing 2 year warranty on all HMO furniture packs. They maybe able to source you solid furniture. If you go through all or some of the suggestions above please get back to the group with the one you went for and why.

Hey all
Can anyone recommend a supplier of quality, hard wearing furniture to fit out a Bed and Breakfast? More concerned with quality and durability than style.
Thanks
