  I personally used this dentist. Very inexpensive, recommended to other friends, extremely professional and experienced. Literally 5 min walk from San Ysidro border crossing. http://www.biodentistry.org/ He has patients coming in from all over the US. Tell him your financial situation and he will charge accordingly.
