Does anyone have recommendations for a caregiving company to work for? I want to work for a company that is responsible and trains thoroughly. I don't have a preference as to who I provide care for.

http://www.eastbayinnovations.org/ east bay innovations is decent. it's not perfect but is generally thought to be one of the better agencies in the area for adults with developmental disabilities. the "community living assistant" position is in-home support. i worked there for about a year and a half.
