Inexpensive therapy options? Hello everyone, does anyone know of any inexpensive therapy options? I am new-ish to the Twin Cities so I’m not sure if there are any outreach programs that can help me.
I can pay something, just not a lot. I do not have insurance that covers therapy at this time.
Thanks for any advice!
EDIT: thanks for all the tips. They are greatly appreciated.

The Hamm Clinic in St. Paul operates on an income-based sliding fee scale. http://www.hammclinic.org
Therapist or counselor recommendations I have tried two in the metro area and they both sucked. Anybody have one they like? Non-judgmental, down to earth, but not coddling either? Mostly for general depression & anxiety.

if you don't mind a scoot over to St Paul, the [Hamm Clinic](http://www.hammclinic.org/) is very nice.
She aint cheap, but 15 min with her beats hours i have spent with others. If you need something more consistent and / or affordable especially for therapy instead of Med maintenance, try these guys... they are well regarded... http://www.hammclinic.org/
