  I lived in an apartment there back in 2009-2010 and they were not owned by MR at that time :) And, when I was looking for a new place, MR was the last ppl I wanted to deal with. I did find a townhouse on S. Olive St not owned by them after I moved from Baltimore Ave. You can also call Beverly@(610) 565-4181. She owned those places. They were newly renovated & really nice. She may have other properties in the borough as well.
