  Hi Florian, there are some cool places in Rotterdam, if you like it buffet style make sure you check out Spirit. They have a lot of vegan options. If you venture out of the city centre into Lombardijen, there's this veggie Chinese restaurant that I personally love, it's called De Oude Plek. Gare Du Nord is a vegan restaurant.
