  Monte, hands down. Best in Indiana, professional as hell. Although I'd highly recommend shopping around for who's best at the particular kind of tattoo you have in mind. Monte is great with realism and interpreting classical art. He has done about 24 hours on my torso and I couldn't' be happier with it.
