  Anonymous We were very unhappy with the service (or, rather, lack of service) provided by Haim Dagan. My parents used Haim Dagan to install an alarm system in their apartment. As far as I know the installation and equipment were fine - but when they approached him for service with some basic questions afterwards, he and his firm were completely uncooperative. We - and they - have used many service providers, but were very disappointed with him, and would certainly look for an alternative in the future.
