  I run group fitness sessions throughout the week but also have Sunday afternoon sessions in Newmarket. We have a great mix of people coming to our sessions and definitely no yelling or screaming. We are very lucky to have an awesome group of ladies who attend our classes. We currently have a deal - 8 weeks of unlimited access to group sessions for only $88.00. Hard to find a deal like this. We also offer Antenatal and Mum's n Bubs Yoga (run by a registered nurse and midwife) as well as Hatha Yoga sessions throughout the week. Check out our Website - www.epicwinpt.com.au
