  Betsy A. wrote: VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Diamond Roofing was recommended to me by several people. I called and spoke with Dave Mikulski, the owner; he would only come during work hours, so I had to leave my job to meet him. A few minutes before he was supposed to come he called me to let me know he was about 30 minutes away. I had to get back to work for a meeting but I told him that my son was home. My son said he never showed up. I called him and left a message to reschedule an appointment… Never got a call back. I called him again… No call. I called him a third and final time. Dave called me back several days later to inform me that he was purposely ignoring my phone calls because he was angry at me. Seems my son didn't hear the doorbell so, according to Dave, the trip was a waste of his time. If this contractor is rude and disrespectful before even getting the job, I can't imagine what he's like once he's on the job.
