  Hi BB, Jayde from Sassy Chic did my hair for my wedding and was great. Her website is here: http://www.sassychic.com.au/wedding-hair-a-makeup (it's not the best) but she did an excellent job for us on short notice and is lovely. I'm pretty sure she's based near Cleveland too.
