Just wondered if anyone had had dealings with Simarc - a property management firm that seems to deal with a few of these lease extensions and such. The vendor of the flat suggests that it cost the flat next door 7k just to take it back from 70 to 99 years whereas I am given to believe it is possible to get another 99 years and peppercorn (?) rent for about the same 7k. Any thoughts please? Thanks in advance.
