  Are you looking to get them spayed or neutered? If so, a great option is the IHA - Iowa Humane Association. You can apply for aid from the JCHS to cover most or all of the cost, and even if you pay the whole thing, it's about $40 per animal. http://iowahumanealliance.org/

I took her to a place in cedar rapids yesterday to get all her shots she got spayed & treated for ear mites. They determined she's 8 months old. I named her Dollie bc she is a doll. I live in evansdale drove to independance to get her. For all her shots, treated for ear mites & her spayed was 65$ dollars. I'm thankful for tht place. My point is if someone is willing to give you a animal the least you can do is be responsible & know there are affordable places to get your lifetime friends shots & fixed bc they are so worth it. So glad she's back home with us.

  Calls PAWS and More Shelter! They take a van load of cats to Cedar Rapids to be spayed once a month I believe. It is low cost. I think they do shots there as well! We had our Bengal spayed there through PAWS and More. It went great! http://iowahumanealliance.org/
