Vincent G. replied:US Inspect has many inspectors standing by you can call them the day before you need them and they will have someone to take care of your clients 1-888-874-6773 they do all properties all local Denver Inspectors. There's lots of other companies to use but they seem to always work well for my clients. You'll get a well written report sent to you and your client within 24 hours.

We went with US Inspect (usinspect.com), and our inspector was Mike Pistor. He was very thorough and wrote a long report. We had an earlier inspection report provided by the sellers to compare with, and Mike's was much better. They contract out termites and radon, but they coordinate everything so it worked out great. Good luck

Since we were also new the home buying we went with our realtor's recommendation and used Kevin Salva with [US INSPECT](http://www.usinspect.com/). At first we were hesitant like you, but Kevin was excellent. He was thorough, patient, and answered all of our questions no matter how silly. How thorough you ask? He caught a bee starting to build a small nest on the backyard door frame. Also, Kevin limbo'd his way through the crawlspace and found some serious issues under there. We can thank him enough because the sellers are fixing it all.
