  If you are 40 and older, you may self-refer. I was given a sheet when I first arrived to call, but no longer have it. Call the appointment line: 706-544-2273.

  I have the IUD and am with adult primary care clinic. Does anyone know if they will take it out there at the office or do I have to go to an OBGYN to have it taken out. If no one knows the answer does anyone know the number for adult primary care?
