  For a birthday gift I got a Emile Henry bread baking clouche. Wow, it the easiest I have ever used and the results are excellent. It is so nice looking that I keep it on top of the stove. The only negative is that the recipe book that comes with it is very minimal. I will be adapting my other recipes.
