  I swear by Gary at GT Automotive. He's honest and reasonably priced. Once took our van to him to get the transmission replaced. He agreed it was starting to go, but let us know that if it was his, he'd just drive it until it dropped rather than investing that huge chunk of change into a 14+ year old vehicle.
