  Noris Dermatologie is good (http://noris-dermatologie.de/). I made my appointment online and noted that I speak english--everyone from reception to the nurse to the doctor spoke english with me.

I have way too many beauty marks and one has started to hurt kind of. I wonder if I need a referral or can go to any dermatologist in town? How does it work here? Thanks

  Noris Dermatologie at Sulzbacher Straße 61, Nuremberg 0911 533828 - he is really good and speaks English. I had to remove a mole and I didn't have insurance when I moved here and he gave me good discount when he found out that I had to pay out of my own pocket. Hope nothing too bad!
