  most definitely! - Dr Lubna Harharah muslim gynae from The Obstetrics and Gynaecology Centre at Parkway East. She was my gynae for first and now for my second too! check her out at http://www.togc.sg/our_doctor.html Even dr chee is good too and best is she even does circumcision!
