We have a customer going to NYC who would like recommendations for a good gluten free bakery (and restaurant too) if anyone knows of any! Post here please! Thanks.

has anyone been to NYC and know of any good places to eat gluten free suitable for kids? We're going there in October, also any restaurant chains that may be there? Thanks

Nicki, two of the team went to NYC earlier this year and we think it is one of the best cities in the world for GF! Have a look at http://www.smacnyc.com which make dozens of different types of macaroni cheese (perfect for kids) and http://risotteria.com who sell pizza, pasta, cakes and http://www.bloomsnewyorkdeli.com who are a traditional American diner but have a full GF menu, so you don't need to miss out on breakfast waffles, burger and chips etc. Those are just a few of the places we tried, but let us know if you would like some more recommendations. All restaurants we went to were very helpful and accommodating. Hope this helps? :-)
