Jocelyn H. replied:Our brokers name is Len Lane he is the owner or a brokerage called "brokers for life". He deals with 30 different banks and lenders. Our mortgage is through him and the lender was RMC (or something like that). We literally called him, he came by our place (instead of us bringing the kids into the office, less work for us), he did a pre-approval for us and we went and looked at houses the next day. i was skeptical because I didn't want to be disappointed by the lender saying no once we applied for the real thing, but he was confident it would be approved no problem. I think you can apply on his website as well. I would call and go in and see him and talk about options in person. Oh and I think he gives referral bonuses too!
