  Not sure if they have openings, but we absolutely loved St. David's in Minnetonka. All three of our girls went there (oldest is now 18 and youngest is 10, and we're still in contact with friends and teachers). Youngest was in the Spanish preschool class and she was really well-prepared for Spanish Immersion at Groveland. http://www.stdavidscenter.org/preschool
