  I'm taking a guess that I'll need to repair or replace my roof after the hailstorm of last week. I did an amateur inspection up there and I'm seeing hail damage. Also, I'm seeing a lot of roofers' signs in the neighborhood and I'm getting calls and flyers from roofing contractors. Marie Porter, who did you contract with to redo your roof after the tornado? If I need to replace my roof, I'd like to do it with someone who's trustworthy, not some vultures who are circling my neighborhood looking for the kill.

  If you have ANY contractor tell you that you don't have to pay your deductible, understand that this is insurance fraud, that the contractor will lose his license, and you will be responsible for the cost of repairs.
