  artes bellas in st martin dheres (41 bus to champ roman) would be the cheapest in the area...though not that cheap. then there's dalbe in the city center which is expensive and has less options. other than that there's online (they also have a store in lyon): http://www.geant-beaux-arts.fr/ ...also someone posted not too long ago that there are art stores in 'espace comboir' -- i've yet to check it out.
