  They're in Taichung, but it's a Canadian-run operation. You can get on the phone, chat, pay by bank transfer, ... I've bought tickets from them for the past 15 years, and everything has been smooth and easy. http://www.whosetravel.com/

  I have consistently gotten great fairs at Whose Travel over the years (I just bought a ticket to Thailand during CNY for 10,000 nt for example).

  Whose Travel doesn't really make much money off their tickets and they make money from volume, not a bucketload from each sale. So you might not even notice any price difference. Also convenient, and if there is ever a problem, they can help. Others might be great, but I recommend them.
