  There is a $300 rebate through Questar Gas if you buy a new furnace. You also get a rebate through Rocky Mountain Power if you buy an air conditioner. There are also tax credits available. Make sure the HVAC dealer is listed under the North American Technician Excellence program in order to get the full tax credit or full rebate.
