  Kryolan (kryolan.com) -- 34 9 th St San Francisco, CA 94103 sells theatrical-quality make up and really, really strong spirit gum & remover. Make sure the skin surface is clean and dry, apply the gum to the back of whatever you're sticking to your face and give it a short while to get "tacky" before pressing it on real hard. Recommend a dry run somewhere other than the playa, to make sure you're confident it's going to stick and stay, but they do sell the weapons-grade stuff.
