  Edwina Waddell, sorry, didn't see that this didn't get an answer. As I understand it, Austria doesn't have enough chiropractors to be a member of ECU. I don't know anything at all about this guy, so this is not a recommendation, but here is someone in Vienna. http://www.chiropraktiker.at/en/
