I contacted MP Heating & Cooling to inquire if the company was interested in offering to me a CONTRACT BID for the following "Goods and Services for Valuable Consideration" : 1) A FULL WARRANTY on Goods and Services 2) The Goods and Services shall consist of the installation of a new Furnace and new Ductwork in my residence's basement. I explained before signing the contract the specific detail that I MUST HAVE A FULL WARRANTY Jessica Offenwanger and one of her paid employee's continuously lied to me non-stop before I signed the contract, telling me "False Statements and Omissions of the Material Facts" that a FULL WARRANTY IS INCLUDED in this "Contract For Goods and Services for Valuable Consideration " Later after I had signed, I discovered the fine print on the back of the signed Contract that specified that the contract is for " LIMITED WARRANTY" MP Heating & Cooling has unlawfully BREACHED THE CONTRACT ***************************************** *** OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION *** MP Heating & Cooling INSTALLATION SKILLSET = Very Low MP Heating & Cooling TROUBLESHOOTING SKILLSET = Very Low MP Heating & Cooling HONESTY = Rock Bottom Low (the lies never stopped coming) MP Heating & Cooling TRANE FURNACE PRODUCT = Noisy, Factory Defects right out of the box . . JUNK SUMMARY: My story is too long for this forum. The "Stupid Stuff" Jessica Offenwanger told me is just plane goofy, such as: 1) The reason your furnace is so noisy (and floor is vibrating) is because you don't have any insulation in your basement" (beneath the bedroom floor) and this one: 2) The reason the furnace is so loud (and the floor is vibrating) is because there isn't any furniture in the room" I fired MP Heating & Cooling , they are so gone from here. And they never did manage to get my TRANE furnace running correctly. BEWARE
