  Everyone has been helpful as we drove cross country and we need recommendations again. We are visiting in Norfolk, VA. We want to get a full packer brisket to cook next weekend, but we don't know where to get one. Can anyone recommend a meat market/butcher shop or grocery store that carries them? Also anyone have favorite BBQ places you like to eat at? You have been helpful on our journey so far. Unfortunately, it will be low and slow in the oven as none of our smokers wanted to leave SoCal.   Foodie, just moved to Norfolk, looking for high end grocery store, butcher, and/or fish market. My wife and I just moved to the Ghent area in Norfolk from Boston. So far, we *really* like it here (sooooo much more than Boston) but have been unable to find a good grocery store. We are pretty intense foodies -- the quality of the food matters much more to us than the price. Do you all have any suggestions for 1. A high end grocery store 2. A good butcher 3.   My uncle is a retired chef/caterer and he likes to use Central Meats (http://www.centralmeats.com/) for his meat selection. He swears by their meats and I've had quite a few delicious steaks/ribs from there.
