  I also stayed at another hostel called the Kanga House, which is more budget than Sydney Central, but very friendly and you get free breakfast there too. It's located in Kings Cross, the more ‘colourful’ part of Sydney i.e. the red light district – fun though! http://www.kangahouse.com.au/ Hope that helps?
