  Mr. Walsh has let me down badly. I had an invalid warranty because he commissioned a boiler that should never have been commissioned (essential installation work was not carried out). He also didn't want to know when it started leaking. I contacted Gra nts, the makers of my boiler, who recommended Jim King (Shape Contractor) as he and his colleague Shane have been trained by Grants. They have done a brilliant job getting my boiler working again. For fully qualified heating engineers their charges are comparable to those less qualified/unqualified and they are on Checkatrade. http://www.shapecontractor.co.uk/
