  Please delete if not allowed. I am fairly new to the area and looking for someone to cut and color my hair. I want a Deva curl cut and highlights. My hair is shoulder length and curly. "Ethnic" hair (I am Puerto Rican) but it is not course, it is fine. I have looked everywhere and cannot find anything.
