  Rick N. wrote: I called to ask them if they would repair holes on my mother's roof. They said they would patch and it would cost a couple hundred dollars but then griped that they would have to pull someone off of a job to do it. But they agreed to do it and said they would send a quote over my smart phone asking for $100 deposit. I agreed but that was the last I heard from them. I called, I texted and still nothing. If they got busy, or were on vacation, or decided they didn't want to do the job after all they never bothered to tell me. I think the lack of communication of a return phone call or text is just plain rude. And not deserving of business by any customers. Followup is nonexistent. All they had to do was call and I would have been ok but receiving nothing is inexcusable. The aforementioned are my opinions.

  I had good luck with Jones Roofing, they are out of Wheeling but he will do work in Morgantown and he was a LOT less than many of the local contractors here tried to bid on my house. Everyone in town tried shoving the "South Park price" on me, which was $10,000.00 more than what Jones charged me. (304) 242-1818
